Oranjeboom, Yeah I haven’t heard of it either. Their was two varieties in my local off licence. A standard lager, and a extra strength which came in at 8.5%, that’s encroaching on special brew territory.
Turns out the stronger one is nicer, granted it could probably make a good replacement for petrol (but what did I expect with a beer with boom in its name?), but it was quite palatable, the weaker one ha a funky after taste. I don’t think I will be buying it often how ever as I don’t plan to make a career of sitting in doorways alternating between fighting the invisible man, and letting the sick down my front dry in the sun.
