My panic attacks are like knowing a person who barges into the room and demands you stop everything as something has or might happen. But when you as them what, they just shrug and back out of the room, leaving you with an inescapable feeling of dread. It’s stupid how you can send yourself into hysterics over something that hasn’t happened or could even potentially be good.
I’m not writing this for attention, or even because i want someone to console me as i do not believe in using social media to fix my problems. Its just something i was thinking about.
